Police release CCTV after attempted break-in at shop

Police are appealing for help identifying a man trying to break into a Douglas shop from CCTV footage.

The man is seen trying to smash the glass in the door at the Spar at Castlemona.

The incident took place at around 6.20am on Sunday.

The footage can be viewed on the Central Neighbourhood Policing Team's Facebook page.

Anyone who can help officers investigating the incident is asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
