Motorists urged to drive to conditions on Mountain Road

Police are urging motorists to drive to the conditions on the Mountain Road after the route re-opened.

The road was closed yesterday evening when ice and snow formed on the road surface, and remained shut early this morning..

Officers re-opened the road this morning after assessing the conditions with the Department of Infrastructure.
