One of the major routes in and out of Douglas will have road closures on it for up to 11 weeks from next month.
Manx Gas will be carrying out work to replace mains on Bucks Road, starting on March 6th.
There will be road closures in place throughout the scheme, which will be completed in three phases.
Sections of the road will be closed from Rosemount to Circular Road, with parking restrictions also coming into place on March 5th.
Manx Gas expects the work to be completed by May 20th, but will suspend the work over TT if it isn't completed in time.
The provider says it will notify residents when their gas will be disconnected.
