The emergency services were called out after a car crashed through a wall and caught fire in the south of the Island.
A member of the public raised the alarm at around 4pm yesterday, reporting that the occupants were trapped in the vehicle at Colby.
By the time officers arrived at the scene the blaze had been extinguished and a passer-by had helped the driver out of the car, which had come to rest on its side.
Fire crews remained at the scene ensuring the fire had been properly extinguished and the road was closed for around an hour while the vehicle was removed.
