There will be no price rise for those wishing to fish in the Island's reservoir's this season.
The Department of Economic, Food and Agriculture has announced a price freeze for reservoir licences, which go on sale later this month.
A full licence remains £208, with day and week permits also available, as well as concessions for children.
DEFA expects a high standard of trout and larger fish in the reservoirs this year after last year's stocks were damaged by the December 2015 floods.
The season runs from March 10th until the end of January next year.
