Two arrested after car left scene of crash

Police have confirmed two people have been arrested after a driver failed to stop at the scene of a crash.

Officers from the Roads Policing Unit posted shared of the damage caused by an uninsured vehicle earlier this week.

The collision involved two cars on Johnny Watterson's Lane, but one of the vehicles made off from the scene.

As a result of their investigation, police revealed two people are now in custody and helping with enquiries.
