A Government survey shows the annual full-time salary on the Isle of Man increased by 2.2% last year.
The results showed the average gross pay for those in full-time employment was £685 per week.
Average earnings were shown to be over 6% higher than those in the UK, although the median earnings were slightly lower, while the average worker puts in 37.4 hours per week.
The Cabinet Office uses a random sample of income tax records to compile the statistics annually.
