Police, telecoms providers promote online safety

The police are teaming up with two of the Island's internet providers to promote online safety.

Officers from the Douglas Community Policing Team will be in Regent Street between 11am and 2pm today with staff from Manx Telecom and Sure.

Those visiting the team will be able to ask questions about keeping the whole family safe online and collect literature with information on Safer Internet Day, which takes place next month.
