Braddan Parish Commissioners have announced a drop in rates for the fifth year in a row.
The local authority confirmed it would be reducing the levy to 200p in the pound for the 2017-18 financial year.
The reduction is almost 2.5% lower than last year, while residents can also get a further 5% off by paying promptly.
However, the board warns it cannot guarantee the rate will continue to fall in the future due to the increasing cost of Government services.
