Fire crews from Peel had to help the owner of a fishing boat whose vessel was on the point of sinking.
The boat his part of the harbour wall on Saturday afternoon, resulting in a hole below the water line.
The fire service says the vessel was almost beyond the point of being saved when they arrived on the scene, but two fire engines were able to pump the water out.
The owner was then able to carry out a repair to stop the boat sinking.
Crews spent around two hours at the scene.
