The Isle of Man Met Office has upgraded its weather warning from yellow to amber as wintry weather is expect to affect the Island.
Meteorlogists based at Ronaldsway say Manx residents can expect wintry showers, snow and ice over the next 24 hours.
Freezing conditions overnight mean many roads are likely to be slippery this morning, while some higher areas may have accumulations of snow or hail.
Conditions are expected to begin improving from midnight tomorrow.
