Addiction charity offers New Year, New Start support

A local charity which works with those struggling with addiction is urging those needing help to make a change in 2017.

Motiv8 says the New Year gives those who have problems with alcohol, drugs, gambling or another addiction, to make a New Start.

The charity uses the SMART - or Self Management and Recovery Training - programme, helping those with addictions to work together to cope with urges, feelings and behaviours caused by addiction.
