Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident of dogs worrying livestock at a farm in the north of the Island.
Between 9am on New Year's Eve and 10.30am yesterday a dog has entered the field near Ballanoa on Andreas Road, causing injuries to animals there.
Officers are reminding dog owners that their animal's can cause stress to livestock if they're not under control, and can be costly for the farmer if their livestock is injured or has to be put down.
Anyone who has been walking their dog in the area at the relevant time is asked to contact Ramsey Police Station on 812234.
