Lifeboat crews were called out after a yacht encountered difficulty off the coast of the Island.
The team from Douglas received the call shortly after 6pm yesterday after a vessel suffered an engine failure off Douglas Head.
The crew on the stricken yacht had been heading to Douglas when they suffered the engine troubles, resulting in the call to the lifeboat.
The RNLI towed the yacht to Douglas, helping the vessel to the liner berth, where it required no further assistance.
