Campaign to get Little Mix message for ill teenager

A campaign to get a message from girlband Little Mix for a Manx teenager who is battling a serious illness is gaining support on social media.

The Facebook group 'Contact Little Mix for Liv' was set up earlier this week as 15-year-old Olivia Watling's condition worsened.

The teenager has leukemia, and is currently receiving treatment at Alder Hey Hospital.

Hundreds of messages have been sent to the band on Twitter, while others are being urged to take to social media to get the singers' attention.

Over 400 people have joined the Facebook group so far.
