Distinctive bike stolen in Douglas

Police are appealing for information after a distinctive mountain bike was stolen in Douglas.

The Orange-branded bicycle was taken from a garden on Cronk-y-Berry Avenue between 11am on Christmas Day and the same time the following day.

The thieves entered the rear garen through an off-road car park, which officers believe would have been quiet at the time.

The main body of the bike is white with distinctive orange forks.

Anyone who saw the theft or has information which could help the police's investigation is asked to contact Police Headquarters.
