Douglas Borough Council is encouraging residents in the Island's capital not to throw away cardboard and packaging this Christmas.
The local authority hopes more people will choose to recycle their paper and card waste over the festive period.
The Council currently collects around 28 tonnes of paper for recycling every week, as well as three tonnes of cans.
Some residents in the town can use the kerbside recycling collection service, while others has access to bring banks and the civil amenity site.
More details on recycling can be found at recycle.im.
