A housing developer wants to build six new homes in Santon.

Forest Homes Project Limited has applied for planning permission to build six new properties at the junction of Ballavale Road and the New Castletown Road.

The houses would be a mix of three and four bedroom homes, with large gardens and the potential to add an extra bedroom in the roof space.

The development would also include an amenity area, which would provide a space for children to play.
