Teenager rescued after falling into river

A teenager needed help after falling into Sulby River.

Fire officers from Ramsey and Douglas were called out yesterday morning following reports of a young male falling into the water at Gardeners Lane.

Passers-by managed to help the youngster to the river bank by the time the crews arrived.
