The Island's Freedom of Information Act will be extended throughout Government from next year.
The legislation was first brought in earlier this year, but was limited to the Cabinet Office and Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.

Since the Act came into force in February, 77 requests for information have been made, the majority of which have been to the Cabinet Office.
The law is due to be extended to include local authorities and the Government's statutory boards from 2018.
