Buchan School appoints new head

The Buchan School has appointed a new head teacher.

Janet Billinglsey-Evans takes over on a permanent basis, having been acting head since March following Jane Corlett's retirement.

Mrs Billingsley-Evans has taught at the school since 2002, and has previously served as the school's pre-preparatory department head and deputy head.

The private school's secondary facility, King William's College, also named a new principal this week.
