Witnesses are being sought after picnic benches were damaged at a nature reserve in the north of the Island.
Between Monday this week and yesterday four wooden benches have been targeted at Poyll Dooey in Ramsey.
Officers say the area is popular with dog walkers, and are particularly keen to hear from any who saw something suspicious on the relevant days.
The benches are provided by Ramsey Town Commissioners, who maintain the area for public use and will face costs to repair or replace the damaged items.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Ramsey Police Station on 812234.
