King William's College appoints new Principal

King William's College has announced the appointment of a new Principal.

Joss Buchanan, who has been teaching at the College since 1997, takes over from Martin Humphreys.

Mr Buchanan started at the school as a teacher of history and politics, and has since progressed to become head of history and the College's first Head of Sixth Form.

Mr Humphreys has been on compassionate leave since March, and resigned after the death of his wife following a long illness in October.
