Police are urging caution when driving on icy roads after a car came to rest in a field in the south of the Island.
Officers from the southern neighbourhood policing team were called out after the black Renault Clio went through the bollards at Blackboards this morning.
The driver was able to walk away from the crash, although they have been taken to Noble's Hospital for treatment.
Police say motorists should take extra care in the early hours of the morning when road conditions are most likely to be slippery.
