MHK urges dental service users to complete survey

Patients using Ramsey's NHS dental service are being asked for feedback by one of their local MHKs.

Dr Alex Allinson says he's received a number of complaints about the service, and wants to pass details on to the Department of Health and Social Care so improvements can be made.

The Ramsey MHK highlights problems registering for the service, waiting times and the constant turnover of staff as common areas for concern.

Dr Allinson has taken to his Facebook page to urge patients to complete the DHSC's online survey to provide feedback anonymously.
