Car ends up on side in Foxdale

Fire crews spent an hour dealing with a crash in Foxdale after a car ended up on its side.

Officers from Douglas were called out at around 6.30pm yesterday following reports of a collision outside Ard Jeckyl on the East Foxdale Road.

The only person in the vehicle was unhurt and managed to free themselves before the team arrived.

The road was closed for around 60 minutes while fire crews made the vehicle safe before it was towed away.
