The Chief Minister says a review of the delivery of the Isle of Man TT will begin soon after the Government decided not to complete a deal with an independent promoter.
Howard Quayle told this morning's sitting of the House of Keys that the matter has been referred to the Economic Policy Review Committee, and that work on the review will begin in the near future.
Yesterday, the Department of Economic Development confirmed it's ended plans to appoint London-based company Vision Nine as the event's promoter.
Mr Quayle was asked about Vision Nine's intention to open legal proceedings against the DED, but informed the House he has been advised not to speak about such proceedings by the Attorney General's office.
Vision Nine claim the collapsed deal has caused damage to their reputation and wasted hundreds of man hours.
