Cars damaged in Peel

Officers in the west of the Island are investigating two incidents which resulted in damage to cars.

Four plastic strips with spikes were placed under each tyre on a car parked at Peel Town Hall at around 5pm on Saturday.

The following day, a Ford Focus sustained damage to the rear in St John's School car park.

The incident took place while a car boot sale was taking place, and it's believed another vehicle hit the car before driving off without leaving details.

Anyone who can help police identify those responsible for either incident is asked to contact Peel Police Station on 842208.
