Police investigate alleged altercation in Douglas

Police are appealing for witnesses to an alleged altercation between two children and a man in Douglas.

The incident happened at 9pm on Sunday 30th October between an adult male and two youths who were doing "penny for the guy".

Anyone who saw what happened is asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
