Two new local authority members have been elected following by-elections in two areas of the Island yesterday.
Former MHK Jon Joughin returns to politics just over a month after losing his seat in the House of Keys.
The 60-year-old fills the vacancy for Victoria Ward on Douglas Council, topping the poll ahead of Robert Moore.
Joughin secured 206 of the 283 votes cast, with less than 10% of the electorate for the area heading to the polls.
In Ramsey, Ffinlo Williams will represent the North Ward on the town's Commissioners, beating Nigel Howard with 283 of 450 votes cast.
