Police publish most-requested numbers

Police are encouraging those needing to speak to the Isle of Man Constabulary to check a list of the most requested phone numbers.

Police Headquarters' main switchboard receives many calls each day asking to speak to a specific department of person.

As a result, the constabulary has published the 10 direct phone numbers that receive the highest volume of calls in the hope that it will keep counter staff at the headquarters free to deal with more general enquiries.

The list includes the direct lines for the Roads Policing Unit, Financial Crime Unit and CID.

All of the most used policing numbers can be found on the Isle of Man Constabulary's Facebook page.
