A committee looking to learn lessons from last month's House of Keys General Election is seeking views from the public.
Five Tynwald members will lead the investigation, with MLC David Cretney chairing the committee.
One returning officer was found to have acted unlawfully when recounting the ballot papers after the final count had been declared due to a candidate raising concerns over missing votes, while ballot boxes were initially left uncounted in another constituency before a candidate there called for a recount.
Anyone wishing to make a written submission to the committee can get further information by contacting the Committee Secretariat at Legislative Buildings.
