The Chief Minister insists that Island is committed to being transparent and co-operative on tax matters.
Howard Quayle has been speaking at an event run by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development in Paris.
Mr Quayle confirmed that the Island is a supporter of international tax standards, and signed a new OECD agreement to exchange information provided by large companies.
The Isle of Man is one of 22 countries to hold the OECD's highest compliance rating.
