An MHK will ask what the Department of Infrastructure's plans are for the future of Douglas promenade.
Douglas North member David Ashford will seek a statement from newly-appointed Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer when Tynwald sits tomorrow.
Previous plans to relocate the horse tram tracks were met with opposition, with the £21m scheme ultimately rejected by a planning inspector.
Further plans to reconstruct the highway and footpaths were withdrawn earlier this year, while more than £1m has already been spent on rejected plans for the scheme.
After the last scheme was halted in the summer, the Department announced it was planning to submit a revised application.
