A developer wants to build an apartment complex and office space on the site of a derelict hotel in Douglas.
Westminster Associates Limited has submitted a planning application to redevelop the Marina Hotel on Loch Promenade, which has been closed since the 1990s.
The project would see the building turned into nine apartments, with office facilities on the lower ground floor.
The building has been unoccupied since the hotel shut down and has fallen into a state of disrepair.
The plans don't include any parking for residents, but would provide tenants of the building with storage for bicycles.
