Chief Minister pleased with public reaction

Chief Minister Howard Quayle

The Chief Minister says he's received a warm welcome since being elected to the post.

Howard Quayle gained a majority support from Tynwald in last week's vote, despite two online polls suggesting the public preferred other candidates.

Mr Quayle has been in Belgium this week to discuss Brexit, before returning to duty with the Council of Ministers yesterday.
