Douglas Council will have a by-election to fill one of the two vacancies created by the recent House of Keys General Election.
David Ashford and Ann Corlett both secured seats in the House of Keys, leaving the local authority in need of new members.
Former Douglas East MHK Jon Joughin, who lost out in the General Election, and businessman Robert Moore will contest an election in Victoria Ward.
Polls will be open on November 3rd from 8am to 8pm.
Natalie Byron stood uncontested for the vacancy in St George's Ward.
