Flybe could add a route between the Isle of Man and Heathrow if a third runway is built at the London airport.
The airline has revealed it would potentially add 12 routes between Heathrow and other British airports if the expansion plans go ahead - a decision is expected later this month.
Flybe already operates a number of routes out of Ronaldsway, including flights to Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham.
If plans for a third runway go ahead, it will allow an additional 25,000 flights movements at the busiest airport in the UK by 2021, which would be ringfenced for domestic flights until 2037.
Passengers flying from Ronaldsway haven't been able to get a direct flight to Heathrow since 2001.
