The Island's bus operator will have to pay over £300 to a man who was left unable to use pre-paid multi-journey tickets.
Gregory Carcas purchased a number of 12-journey saver cards prior to the Department of Infrastructure introducing smart cards at the start of 2015.
Mr Carcas was offered the value of his unused tickets preloaded on a smart card, but argued that he would not get the same discount the saver cards offered.
He was also concerned that Bus Vannin had the right to change the terms and conditions of the electronic cards.
Following a hearing in court, the Department has been ordered to refund the value of the unused tickets and pay costs totaling £308.40.
