Teen accused of causing harm to motorist in Mountain Road incident

A teenager from Maughold has appeared in court charged with causing serious bodily harm to another road user.

18-year-old Tobias Cowin is accused of driving without due care or consideration on the Mountain Road on June 25th.

At Douglas Courthouse this week a four week adjournment was requested - he was bailed until his next court appearance on September 13th.
