TravelWatch has branded easyJet's service between Gatwick and the Isle of Man a 'disgrace'.
The passenger watchdog says the airline should be apologising to its customers who've been hit with delays and cancellations over the summer period.
Last Thursday the return leg of the service was cancelled after a lengthy delay leaving many people stranded in London - the next flight available from the airport was four days later.
Travelwatch chairman Brendan O'Friel says the entire service has been 'extremely poor':
