Isle of Man Post Office has teamed up with Aardman Studios to launch a new set of stamps featuring popular childhood characters including Wallace and Gromit.
The collection - which also pictures Shaun the Sheep and Morph - will be launched on August 12th to celebrate the animation studios 40th birthday and commemorates six iconic onscreen moments.
Co-founders Peter Lord and David Sproxton approved the stamps saying they were 'delighted and honoured to be celebrating forty years of great characters, good humour and thoroughly British comedy'.
Two additional stamps have also been created which show Morph visiting the Isle of Man - and a near miss with the Laxey tram on his way to the Post Office.
