Police called to Manannan over child welfare concerns

Police have revealed they were called to the Manannan last night.

It was in response to concerns which had been raised regarding the welfare of some children on-board the Steam Packet vessel. 

Officers say the children are safe and the matter is being looked into and dealt with accordingly by the Public Protection Unit.
