Treasury has confirmed it's ditched the controversial company which was tasked with carrying out assessments on incapacity claimants.
That's according to the Treasury Minister Eddie Teare who made the announcement in Tynwald this week - Dependability Limited was appointed in 2014 for a three year period.
Despite the revelation he told the court he couldn't give any assurance that Treasury's activity with the Social Security Commissioner or on-going tribunals would stop.
