'Fatal Four' operation is not a money-spinner say police

Police say a new road safety campaign designed to eliminate the 'Fatal Four' from the Island's roads is not an excuse to raise money.
The Roads Policing Unit will be leading the initiative from Monday - it follows other police forces in the UK which have also rolled it out:
Motorists who are found driving under the influence of drink or drugs, using a mobile phone, speeding or not wearing a seatbelt will be penalised.
Sergeant Steven Lapsley says it's time to put a "shockwave" amongst drivers who are putting themselves, and other road users, at risk:
