New MHKs warned not to make 'assumptions' on finances

Prospective politicians are being urged to do their homework about the state of government's finances.
The Treasury Minister - and outgoing Ayre MHK - Eddie Teare says he's happy to speak to anyone standing in September's General Election so they don't make "assumptions".
He's standing down as an MHK after 12 years - the last five of those have been spent overseeing how taxpayers' money is spent.
Mr Teare says those who are new to the political arena may be shocked as the job is "very demanding":
