Quash my suspension and clear my name pleads MHK

Suspended MHK John Houghton claims his democratic right to represent his constituents is being infringed.
This week the North Douglas politician contacted the UK Ministry of Justice to ask it to carry out an independent investigation into his suspension saying it's 'unlawful' and 'unconstitutional'.
Tynwald kicked him out in May when he refused to apologise after a committee ruled his conduct had fallen below required standards - Mr Houghton says he's relying on Lord Faulks to help him.
He says his suspension should be 'quashed' as it defies all democratic principles:
