Committal proceedings have taken place against a St Johns man who's been accused of seven counts of rape.
45-year-old William Kelly will stand trial at the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
His case appeared again before the Deputy High Bailiff yesterday after a mistake was made with the process last week.
He's been charged with 14 offences which are alleged to have taken place between April 2013 and April this year - they include a number of assaults and conduct amounting to harassment.
In his absence he was further remanded at the Isle of Man Prison to a date to be fixed.
