People with bladder problems on the Isle of Man are being urged to seek help.
The Department of Health and Social Care is promoting World Continence Week by producing a booklet 'Promoting Healthy Bladders'.
Around 14 million people in the UK are affected by bladder problems - it's sometimes considered an embarrassing topic to talk about.
Continence adviser Karen Trowbridge says because of that some people are reluctant to seek help and advice despite the impact it can have on their quality of life:
