New governor takes part in first Tynwald sitting

The Island's new Lieutenant Governor has made his first Tynwald appearance.

Three weeks ago Sir Richard Gozney succeeded Adam Wood as the Queen's Isle of Man representative.

On Tuesday he made his inaugural speech in Tynwald where he started by thanking Members for their warm welcome to the Island:
